I saw a couple of these “new” types of images while browsing online and thought I should try and make one myself. It almost reminds me of the paintings/newspapers/pictures in Harry Potter. Here are my first attempts at cinemagraphs, more than a photo, but not quite a video.
They may seem more like gifs right now, but I’m still getting the hang of it.

Very cool Jared. We were passing this around (on my awesome droid) when were were playing Decent tonight. (BTW, we were totally playing wrong. That’s why it was scaling sucky after the first level.) Nina wants to know how you did it. Also, the eyes are a little creepy when you realize they’re moving!
Yeah, Dad thought the same thing. Once you realize the eyes actually move, it’s like, WOAH! Haha. They move a lot better on a computer so make sure to check them out on a computer too.
Hate to break it to you, but these ARE Gifs. they look cool though. way to go.
